After she lost more than five stone and became a health and fitness guru, Jennifer Nicole Lee has regularly been spotted showing her off her body.
But her toned and strong body was barely contained yesterday, in a bikini that struggled to comfortably withhold all of her assets.
The tanned 36-year-old looked in great shape as she went for a swim at her Miami hotel but her poolside attire seemed a little too small for her curves.

Jennifer was spotted topping up her tan in a white two-piece that had a cherry design on it that was teamed with a small necklace and a cherry pendant.
The mother-of-two was looking her usual glamorous self fully equipped with large designer sunglasses, bangles and diamond earrings.
It was all going swimmingly for the blonde bombshell until she went for a dip and emerged with her bikini clinging to her in all the wrong places.
The fitness maestro pulled herself out of the pool and appeared to notice instantly that her two-piece swimsuit had shrunk as she looked down at her ample cleavage.
She narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction as she made her way back to the sun-lounger and her barely-there bikini bottom became untied.
The toned star managed to stop revealing too much just in time but then she suffered further embarrassment when her itsy-bitsy cherry bottoms began to fall away from her derriere.
After retreating to her sun-lounger the tattooed Lee continued to bask in the sunshine but revealed why she was crowned Miss Bikini America 2006 as she developed a small wedgie.
Jennifer, who arrived at the pool in heels, hot pants and a red tank top, is in Florida for the big Food and Wine week where she is promoting her new book, The Fun Fit Foodie.
She has published three books, workout DVDs and has launched her own swimwear line.
'It's my goal and passion to help increase the quality of everyone's lifestyle,' Jennifer Nicole promises her fans on her website.
Her weight loss journey and subsequent business ventures led her to even appear on Oprah and several television shows.
