And today was no exception for Kelly Brook, who embarked on the Manchester Sky Ride looking ready for a night on the tiles.
The 32-year-old wore a plunging scarlet dress and platform heels for the community bike ride, proving even exercise isn't an excuse not to look your best at all times.

The day marked the ninth event of Sky Ride 2012 - a national campaign to get one million more people cycling regularly by 2013.
Kelly made a small concession to the spirit of the event by arriving for the ride wearing a grey Sky Ride hoodie.
She soon removed the outer garment to continue the rest of her ride unencumbered by an extra layer.

Kelly certainly appeared to have a good time, and said: 'I thoroughly enjoyed Sky Ride Manchester today; it was brilliant to see so many people of all ages and abilities out on their bikes and getting involved in all the activities along the way.'
'Thank you to everyone who joined in, I hope you have experienced just how much fun cycling can be and are inspired to cycle more regularly.'
She tweeted later: 'Had a fantastic day @GoSkyride Manchester thank you all that came out lovely meeting you x'

Kelly is the face of the Sky Ride campaign – along with Mayor of London Boris Johnson – which aims to get the nation biking again.
Today it’s Manchester’s turn, and there are rides planned all over the UK during the coming weeks, where masses of cyclists will be able to enjoy traffic-free routes.
Recent reports suggest that record numbers of Londoners will be taking to their bikes during the Olympics.
Kelly has just returned from Italy where she and her boyfriend Thom Evans were spotted canooding nearly non-stop.
The lingerie model wasn't the only one showing off her enviable figure aboard the boat - former rugby player showed off his impressive body.
Thom couldn't keep his eyes, or his hands off his beautiful girlfriend and the pair were spied canoodling throughout the day.
